I confirm that I am over 21 years of age and that the information I have provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that I am acting as a Guarantor for a tenancy and not as a resident at the property. I confirm that I will not reside at the property and that I am aware of the responsibilities and obligations associated with acting as a Guarantor.

I give my consent for the landlord (or their appointed agent) to carry out all necessary referencing and verification checks to assess my suitability as a Guarantor. This may include sharing information with referencing agencies and contacting current or former landlords or letting agents, employers, accountants, financial institutions, or other relevant third parties. I also agree to provide supporting documentation as reasonably requested.

I authorise my current or former employer, accountant, bank, landlord or letting agent to release relevant information regarding my employment, financial status, and tenancy history (if applicable) to assist in the assessment of this application.

This data will be used solely for assessing my application as a Guarantor and for the ongoing management of the tenancy, if granted.

This may include referencing providers, utility companies, maintenance contractors, other tenants or Guarantors named in the tenancy, and relevant government or legal bodies.

I consent to being contacted using the details provided in this application, including by email or telephone, in relation to this application, the tenancy, or any associated matters.

Consent to Electronic Communication and Documentation

I acknowledge and accept that the landlord or agent may serve documents and other communications electronically.

Where applicable, I also agree to receive the Deposit Protection Certificate and the associated prescribed information by email.
