This notice confirms that a padlock has been purchased by you.

As agreed, the cost of the padlock — will be deducted from your earnings as follows:

£4.00.

If you use this padlock at an assignment, please ensure it is removed from any locker at the end of your shift to make it available for the next user.

Please note: If your padlock is left on a locker, site management may need to cut it in order to regain access to the locker for operational use. In such cases, the company will not be held responsible for replacing the padlock.

If you have any questions regarding this deduction or its use, please speak with your line manager.
