Car Wash Club Membership – Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in a membership with ATTENTION TO DETAIL – UTAH’S AUTO DETAILER®, you agree to the following terms:
Monthly Billing Authorization
I authorize ATTENTION TO DETAIL – UTAH’S AUTO DETAILER® to charge my credit card on a recurring monthly basis according to the membership plan I have selected.
Automatic Payment Terms
I understand this authorization remains in effect until I submit a written cancellation request, which must be received at least 30 days prior to my next billing date.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to admin@a2dutah.com.
– Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the next scheduled charge.
– If I cancel before completing the required six-month minimum, I agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to 150% of my monthly membership fee.
– After the initial six-month commitment, I may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice, and no cancellation fee will apply.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
ATTENTION TO DETAIL – UTAH’S AUTO DETAILER® reserves the right to cancel any membership at its discretion. Memberships will be automatically canceled if monthly payments are declined. Any unpaid balances will remain the responsibility of the member.
Service Availability
I understand that service availability may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Credit Card on File
I understand my credit card will be securely stored on file after my first service appointment. I agree that my card will be charged monthly, regardless of whether or not I attend my scheduled service.
Vehicle Limitations & Scheduling
Memberships cover up to two vehicles. Only one vehicle may be detailed per appointment. I will indicate which vehicle is scheduled when booking my service.
Surcharge Policy
Vehicles that are XL-sized, heavily soiled, or require pet hair removal may incur additional fees. I understand that a $15 surcharge per applicable item may be added to my monthly billing.
