Our preschool program is for potty-trained 3.5- to 5-year-olds. Our program is designed to prepare your child for Kindergarten through activities that advance exploration, social-emotional learning, cognitive development, creative expression, gross and fine motor skills, early reading and writing skills, and imaginative play in a structured daily routine.

Using a positive learning environment with a focus on children’s individual skills and interests, our program features a state-of-the-art Frogsteet curriculum. Our class schedule includes time for small group learning during circle times, play-based learning centers to practice and learn new skills, indoor and outdoor active play to develop gross and fine motor skills, and rest time for relaxing and resting. Our play-based learning centers give children the opportunity to rotate through different interest centers such as art center, dramatic play, exploration, math and writing, and construction centers.

We serve a healthy breakfast (ex: milk, apple, belvita biscuits), afternoon snack (ex: juice and veggie straws), and late afternoon snack for children who stay later in the day (ex: peanut butter crackers). Children will enjoy a lunch brought from home with their classmates (we provide milk). Children also bring a rest time blanket and a cot cover from home to use during rest time.

  • Thanksgiving Day, the day before and the day after
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and the day before Christmas Eve
  • New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Closed Memorial Day week
• Tuition is not adjusted for school closures, including inclement weather days
• Tuition is due on Monday of the week of care and is considered late if not paid by Monday
• Payments can be made online, in person, over the phone, or can be automatically drafted using an auto-draft form.
• Late Payment Fee: There is a $15 fee for late weekly payments 
• In the event of student absence, tuition will be charged as usual in order to retain a spot in our program
• We require advance notice if there is a change to your child's schedule; Schedule changes will incur a $25 schedule change fee

Children at Club iNFiNiTi Preschool will be treated with care and respect. Positive redirection and guidance will be appropriate methods of discipline. No physical punishment will be used. Incident reports will be filled out to inform the parent of any behavioral problems or incidents. If the unfavorable behavior continues, a behavior action plan can be made with the parents and Directors. No child will ever be punished for toileting accidents. However, it is required that all children enrolled in our Preschool Program have been potty trained for a reasonable amount of time before starting our programs. If a child is not potty trained, they will not be allowed to continue at the program. All children are subject to a trial period when first attending Club iNFiNiTi

General Behavioral Expectations

1. To be kind and respectful to others, oneself, and Club iNFiNiTi property.
2. No hitting, biting, punching, throwing, pushing, pinching, hair pulling, or otherwise hurting themselves or others.
3. No name calling, teasing, or belittling of other children or other families.
4. No intentionally breaking anything, hitting, or punching walls.
5. No running, wrestling, or climbing inside unless in designated areas.
6. Children may not pick up other children.
7. No leaving the center or playground without a teacher or parent. Children will not be allowed to be left alone outside or inside the center without adult supervision, even when the parent is here.
8. All food and drink will remain in designated areas of the center and classrooms. For safety reasons, no gum-chewing is allowed by the children.

The Minimum Requirements for Child Care Centers requires children who attend a licensed child care facility to be up-to-date on their immunizations and for the facility to maintain records of children's immunizations. We can provide a list of required immunizations upon request.

For the following sections, if you do not have anything to report, please write "none." These sections are required to complete enrollment.

I hereby give written permission for the use of sunscreen for this child in accordance with Minimum Licensing Requirements: DCCECE/Child Care Licensing Unit.

I hereby give my written consent and permission for the taking of photographs and/or video of my child at the Child Care Facility or any event/location where they are participating and waive and/or assign any and all rights (including copyright) in such media to Club Infiniti, LLC. Club Infiniti, LLC, as the sole owners of such media, shall have the exclusive right to control and determine the use, display, performance, reproduction and dissemination of any such photographs and/or videos.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, do hereby give my consent to the Director of the Child Care Facility, or his/her duly representative, for this child to receive medical or surgical aid as may be deemed necessary and expedient by a duly licensed or recognized physician or surgeon in case of emergency when the parents cannot be reached. Consent is also given for the Director or his/her duly appointed representative to transport said child for emergency medical treatment, if the parents cannot be reached.

Release/Indemnification: As the parent or legal guardian of this child, I give my consent for my child to participate in the programs, events, and activities at Club Infiniti, LLC. I understand that it is Club Infiniti, LLC's expressed intent to provide for the safety and protection of my child.

In consideration for allowing the above named minor to participate in activities at Club Infiniti, LLC and on field trips, I waive any and all rights or causes of action against Club Infiniti, LLC or its staff members for any injuries suffered by my child and other damages suffered by the child or myself while under the supervision or control of Club Infiniti, LLC and its employees. I agree to indemnify Club Infiniti, LLC for any such Claims brought by me or a third party from any costs associated with defending or litigating such claims, including but not limited to attorney fees, costs and legal expenses.  

Assumption of Risk: I am aware of the risk of severe injury when participating in any sports or physical gym & field trip activities. I am aware of the risk of potential exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. I hereby voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death that may result from participation in program or event activities.

This is a statement of verification that I have been informed that child care licensing/child maltreatment investigators and/or law enforcement may possibly interview my child for the purpose of determining licensing compliance or for investigative purposes. This is in accordance with Minimum Licensing Requirements: DCCECE/Child Care Licensing Unit.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, understand that I may ask for a conference with Child Care Facility staff as needed.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, am aware that my child may be photographed/videotaped as part of a facility video surveillance system. This information will only be used for internal reviewing purposes or for purposes as mandated and required by law.

I, the parent/guardian of this child, am aware that state licensing compliance forms are available for review upon request.

I have read and understand the fee schedule, including policies concerning major holidays, school closures, inclement weather, late pick-ups, and late fees. I agree to pay for all services, including any assessed late fees, provided by Club Infiniti, LLC.

I acknowledge that I will provide a nutritious lunch for my child each day he/she attends. Infiniti Pre-k will offer milk on site for children to have with their lunch at no additional charge. USDA guidelines indicate that a nutritious lunch for preschool age children should contain, at minimum, 3/4 cups of milk, 1.5 oz. of meat or meat alternative, two 4 oz. servings of fruit and/or veggies, and 1/2 oz. of bread or bread alternative. As per state licensing requirements, these guidelines must be met or a meal supplement will be provided at an additional charge.
