CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
1. If enrolment is less than the required minimum class size, we reserve the right to postpone the course, in which case the enrolled applicant can opt to accept the postponed course schedule or request for a full refund of course fees. Should the postponement be more than 3 months from the original commencement date of the course, full refund of the course fees will be given to the enrolled applicants who request for the refund. There will be no cancellation fees in such cases.
2. If the cancellation notice is received from the enrolled applicant 7 calendar days before the commencement date of the course, the enrolled applicant can opt to request for full refund of course fees or postponement of enrolment to the next intake, subject to HK$200 cancellation fee payable by the enrolled applicant.
3. If the cancellation notice is received from the enrolled applicant within 7 days before the commencement date of the course, no refund or postponement to the next intake is allowed, unless the cancellation is due to medical reasons, in which case the enrolled applicant can request for refund or postponement to the next intake with proof of medical certificate. Cancellation fee of HK$200 payable by the enrolled applicant applies.
EPPLHK reserves the right to postpone or cancel the class should the enrolment fall below the minimum required in which case the enrolled applicants will be informed at least 5 days before the commencement date of the course.
