Welcome to the Ceremony Registration with Taita Juanito

We are honored and excited to welcome you into a sacred space with Taita Juanito in Solana Beach, San Diego, for two nights of healing ceremonies on Friday July 25th and 26th Saturday or August 1st and 2nd . Please complete the form carefully-your answers are confidential and needed to usure a safe, meaningful experience. A $600 PayPal deposit will be requested upon completion to reserve your space. The ceremonies will be held at a private residence. To maintain an intimate and focused environment, space is limited to 20 participants. Taita Juanito is a wisdom keeper, healer, botanist, and respected community leader from the Colombian Amazon. With over two decades dedicated to the study and practice of medicinal plants, he carries the ancestral knowledge of his lineage with deep integrity. Through his work with sacred plant medicine, Taita Juanito supports profound healing of the mind, body, and spirit—helping individuals release emotional trauma, restore balance, and reconnect with their true essence. Guided by compassion and tradition, his mission is to help others awaken to their innate capacity for healing and transformation.
Important Note About Accommodations: Please be aware that we are not able to provide accommodations after the first morning of the ceremony. You will need to leave the ceremony space during the day and return between 5:30–6:00 PM for the next part of the experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

⚠️ Important Health & Safety Notice

Certain drugs, supplements, and medications may be contraindicated for participation in the ceremony. It is crucial to consult with your medical provider before stopping any medications or supplements. Please ensure you are well-informed and prepared for the ceremonial process.

• Medications: SSRIs (e.g. Zoloft), MAO inhibitors, benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, stimulants, lithium, opioids, steroids, recreational drugs

• Health Conditions: Uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart issues, seizures/epilepsy, insulin-dependent diabetes, liver/kidney disease

For the safety and integrity of the ceremony, certain individuals will not be able to participate. This includes women who are pregnant, or actively menstruating (including spotting) during the time of the ceremony. In many Indigenous traditions, the menstrual cycle is considered a powerful time of personal cleansing and transformation. Because of this energetic potency, it is believed that the medicine may not work in the same way and could affect the balance of the ceremonial space. We ask that all women honor this traditional teaching and only attend when they are not on their moon.

Additionally, individuals currently experiencing active suicidal ideation or those who have recently been hospitalized for psychiatric reasons will not be permitted to participate.

These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and to honor the sacredness of the healing work.

If you are currently taking any medications or supplements, you must safely discontinue them under medical supervision before participating in the ceremony. Some medications, such as SSRIs, SNRIs, antipsychotics, and opioids, may require at least 30 days to fully clear from your system. Others may require only 15 days, depending on the specific substance and dosage.

Please do not stop any prescribed medications abruptly, as this can be dangerous. Instead, consult your healthcare provider and let us know what you are taking so we can help guide you in making safe and informed decisions in preparation for this sacred work.
✨ Ceremony Preparation Guidelines

If this will be your first time sitting with Taita or recieving medicine from this liniage, please let us know. We'd love to connect with you for a short call to help you prepare in a good way. Please mention it in the question box below.

Dieta (2 weeks before): No red meat; avoid alcohol, drugs, processed foods, sugar, caffeine, excess salt, fried foods; limit dairy; no sexual activity 4 days before/after.

Fasting: No solid food after 1:00 PM is recomended on ceremony days.

🙏 Intention Sharing:

You will have a chance to speak privately with Taita and share your intention before the ceremony begins.

✨ Healing with Taita:

You will receive a personal healing from Taita Juanito both nights of the ceremony.

Energetic Preparation: Minimize violent media; spend time in meditation and nature; reflect on your personal intention; resolve any life matters so you arrive focused and clear.

What to Bring:

• Mat (no wider than 35 inches)

• Pillow

• Blanket

• Reusable water bottle

• Comfortable clothing and layers

• Extra change of clothes

• Remaining balance: $800 in cash for one weekend. $1,600 for both weekens (preferably in $100 bills)

🌅 The Morning After:

Taita will offer a charla (talk) the following morning, followed by a light breakfast.

Afterward, you’ll have time to return to your hotel to rest and shower, and then return by 6:00 PM for the second ceremony.

📍 Location & Arrival Info

The ceremony will take place at a private residence on Highland Drive in Solana Beach, San Diego. The exact address will be sent one week before the ceremony.

Please do not arrive earlier than 5:30 PM. When you arrive, you’ll be able to drop off your items at the doorway before parking your car. Only street parking is available, so please plan accordingly.
