This event is designed for Backyard Cooks and / or Vendors.
All teams must sell to the public both Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th
Fuel source is wood and / or Charcoal - NO ELECTIC OR GAS ALLOWED.
Teams must compete on Friday, October 17th in a Pork Rib Category
Competition Timeline:
- Set-up: 10:00 AM -11:00 AM
- Meat Inspection : 11:00 AM -12:00 AM
- Turn-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Awards: 6:00 PM
Limited to 10 Team Entries
No entry fee’s (Vendor will be responsible for health department inspection fee)
Must be Registered by September 26th, 2025
Vending hours:
Friday, October 17th – 12 pm – 9 pm
Saturday, October 18th – 10 am – 5 pm
