2025 JUC Fall Retreat Registration Form

October 17 - 19, 2025 - Estes Park YMCA
This is a two-step registration process, a first step with JUC so we know who's coming and can collect your program fee, then you will register directly with the YMCA by phone to reserve and pay for room and board. Please read FAQ Page before registering: All-Ages Retreat FAQ

Meals included: Friday Dinner, Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.

Fees:
- Program Fee - $25 per participant to JUC for program costs, not to exceed $99 per household.
- Room & Board - $186 per room + $94 per person 12 and older for food, or $60 for food for 6 to 12 year olds, children 5 and under eat free. You'll be staying in either Deer Ridge Lodge or Rainbow Lodge. Each room can accommodate up to 6 people, with one queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. Rooms include a private ¾ bath and free Wi-Fi. Shared rooming is encouraged, and it's a great way to make the retreat more affordable! (This cost gets paid directly to Estes Park YMCA. Local taxes will be added.)

A $25 per person (of any age) program fee is required to register (not to exceed $99 per family).

Room and board fees will be paid directly to Estes Park YMCA when you register there.
