Services Included

Stephanie Dannebaum Consulting ("Provider") agrees to provide the Subscriber

• Live and Recorded Monthly Masterminds
• The LinkedIn Community Forum
• Stephanie Dannebaum Consulting Resources 
  
  

Section II

Subscription Fees & Billing

• Your subscription will be billed via Stripe automatically based on your chosen subscription plan.
• The Subscriber authorizes recurring payments unless canceled as outlined below.

 

Section III

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The Subscriber must email Stephanie Dannebaum Consulting to cancel at any time.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time unless given special permission by Stephanie Dannebaum Consulting.

 

Section IV

Confidentiality & Usage

• All content within the Section 1 is for internal use only.
• Redistribution, sharing, or resale of Stepahanie Dannebaum Consulting materials is strictly prohibited.
• The Subscriber agrees not to share access credentials outside of authorized team members.

 

Section V

Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and training content produced by Stephanie Dannebaum Consulting remain the intellectual property of Stephanie Dannebaum Consulting. No rights are transferred or granted beyond the scope of this subscription.

 

Section VI

Termination

Stephanie Dannebaum Consulting reserves the right to revoke access for any breach of this Agreement, misuse of content, or non-payment.

 

Section VII

Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
