A small group experience introducing you to the wisdom, support, and guidance in nature through ecotherapy practices and experiences. This class is IN PERSON with an in-person experiential application weekend. THE CLASS MEETS IN CHATTANOOGA
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:
- Water and tree wisdom
- Working with nature as a co-facilitator
- Nature-based experiences as somatic, intuitive, experiential
- Life occurs in circles, cycles, and spirals versus linear lines
- Reciprocal healing
- Nature journaling practices
- Simple self-guided ecotherapy practices
