The gym will be left in a clean and tidy condition as found. No equipment shall be used unless agreed upon during the booking stage Equipment that you use needs to be returned to exactly the same spot it was taken from. Please ensure all doors are locked, lights turn off and the alarm is on. The key needs to be placed in the key lock box outside the gym at the end of each booking. (Regular users who are issued a key, please return your key the day after your final use for the year). Casual users payment + bond will need to be received before receiving the key and swiper It is the regular user's responsibility to inform the gym manager if you do not use the gym on one of your regular nights otherwise you will be charged for the whole period of your booking. Regular users need to fully pay invoice 1 month after last use of the gym. Please request an invoice from the gym manager if you need one. The school is smoke free no smoking or vaping on school grounds, please ensure anyone associated with your booking is also aware of these rules No alcohol or drugs on school grounds No food or drinks other than water allowed in gym Unless otherwise organised with the gymnasium manager, you may only use the gymnasium in your allocated hours.
