PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

FORUM SELECTION & DISPUTES

10. Governing Law:

All services provided are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

11. Forum for Disputes:

You agree that any dispute or claim arising from your use of Custom Legal Work shall be brought exclusively in one of the following forums:

     The Magisterial District Court located in Media, PA 19063; or
     The Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.

No other forum shall be used, regardless of long-arm statutes, jurisdictional convenience, or conflict-of-law rules. By using this site, you waive all other jurisdictional claims. Please do not continue if you do not specifically agree to this forum clause.

12. Breach of Forum Clause:

If you attempt to bring a dispute elsewhere, you agree to reimburse Custom Legal Work for:

     Attorney’s fees to secure a dismissal or transfer; and
