My completing this form, I am approving submittal of this project for consideration for a 2026 CFA Project of the Year entry. I understand that our company will be invoiced $65 for this entry (each). Winning entries will receive 1 complimentary plaque commemorating the achievement. Additional plaques may be ordered for any winning entry as well as for any entry receiving honorable mention recognition at a fee of $195 per plaque plus S/H.
