Important General Terms and Conditions:
1. The animal in question will be free and should be protected for any ectoparasite (Fleas, mites, ticks, etc.) before being admitted into the Animal Hospital. Proof is required.
2. All animals must be up to date on vaccinations including a bordetalla vaccine for all canines. Those animals without valid vaccinations and flea protection records will be treated per hospital policy at the owner’s expense.
3. The owner shall inform the staff of the animal hospital of any medical problems the animal may have before admitting the animal and provide us regular clinic information and medical record.
4. Each dog that enters the clinic will be fed as per instructions from the owner and will be walked 3 times daily.
5. Admission and departure must be between hospital regular businesses hours; otherwise extra fees will be applied. Departure for Sunday and Holidays will be possible with previous arrangements.
6. Your dog may miss you and his/her regular home, therefore; can be stressed in cage, bark excessively which can induce coughing, may protest to eat or drink, may have diarrhea from stress or food and environment change.
