    Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing a tradeline. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to all conditions outlined below.


    ✅ Reporting Duration
    Each tradeline remains active for up to 60 days (approximately two billing cycles) unless otherwise stated.
    Once removed, a tradeline may continue to reflect positively on your credit report; however, the length of time it remains visible varies by credit bureau and is not guaranteed.

    📅 Reporting Timeline
    The listed date for each tradeline is the statement date.
    Tradelines typically report to your credit profile within 7–14 days after that date.
    To ensure timely posting, please purchase your tradeline at least 7 days prior to the statement date.

    If purchased fewer than 7 days before, reporting may be delayed or missed in that cycle.

    📊 Credit Bureau Reporting
    Most tradelines are designed to report to all three major credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
    However, we only guarantee reporting to at least one bureau.

    Please note: Not all card issuers report to all three bureaus.

    🧾 Documentation Requirements
    If the tradeline you purchase becomes restricted and the issuing bank requests additional documentation, you must be able to provide it promptly.

    Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in cancellation without refund or replacement.

    📈 Credit Score Impact
    We do not guarantee specific credit score increases.
    Results vary based on your current credit profile, overall credit mix, and reporting activity.

    💰 Refund Policy
    If the tradeline fails to report to at least one credit bureau by the 7th day after the second billing cycle, you may request a full refund.

    ⚠️ Important Notes
    American Express (AMEX) tradelines do not include backdated history. Your credit report will reflect the date you were added as an Authorized User, not the original account opening date.
    You will not receive a physical credit card.

    🚫 Chargeback Warning – Read Carefully
    Do not attempt to dispute or charge back this transaction.

    Doing so violates this agreement and may result in immediate legal and financial consequences.
    If a chargeback is filed, a collection account for the full purchase amount (plus applicable fees) will be reported to all three credit bureaus.
    We reserve the right to pursue civil and/or criminal action based on the severity of the violation.

    ⚖️ Binding Agreement
    By purchasing a tradeline from LuxLineTL, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above. This is a legally binding agreement, and any violation may result in legal or financial consequences.

  • Authorized User Tradeline Agreement

    This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Broker will facilitate the addition of the Client as an Authorized User (AU) to a third-party credit card account for the purpose of potentially enhancing the Client’s credit profile.


    1. Purpose of Agreement

    The Client understands that the purpose of being added as an Authorized User is to potentially improve their credit profile by benefiting from the positive payment history and age of the tradeline.

    2. Eligibility Requirements
    The Client must meet the following conditions before being added to any tradeline:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must provide a valid government-issued ID and Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN.
    • Must have an active three-bureau credit monitoring account and provide access details for verification purposes.
    • All information submitted must be accurate and verifiable.
    • 3. Fees and Payment
      All fees must be paid in full prior to the initiation of services.
    • All sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect information provided by the Client.

    3. No Guarantees
    The Broker does not guarantee:

    • Any specific increase in credit score.
    • Approval for credit, loans, or financial products.
    • Reporting timelines (as reporting depends on the creditor and credit bureau schedules).

    4. Client Responsibilities
    The Client agrees to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information.
    • Maintain credit monitoring during the duration of the tradeline reporting.
    • Monitor their credit reports to confirm posting.
    • Failure to do so may result in a loss of service without refund.

    5. Limitation of Liability
    The Broker is not liable for:

    • Reporting delays or non-reporting due to actions by the credit bureaus or cardholder.
    • Any consequences resulting from misuse or misinterpretation of the tradeline service.

    6. Confidentiality
    All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing tradeline services.

    7. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.

    8. Acknowledgment
    By signing below, the Client (you) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
