This Lok Hup Ba Fa workshop offers two separate classes of instruction: beginner students wanting to learn or review the basic Lok Hup movements OR for advanced students wanting to review movements for first and 2nd halves of Lok Hup.

Workshop Cost: $50, includes all lunches and snacks. Please reference the words "Lok Hup" on your payment.
Please note: You will only be considered registered if both payment and on-line registration have been received.

The deadline for registration is September 1 or sooner if all spots are taken.

Cancellations before September 13, 2026 will be refunded in full. After that date, if we can replace you, you will receive a full refund but if we cannot, there is no refund. Thanks.
Photo Release: The Canadian Tai Chi Academy has my permission to use my photography in print form, on websites, in newsletters, on social media and in emails. I also understand that no royalty or fee will be paid for the use of my photo.
Voluntary Release & Waiver:

In consideration for being permitted by Canadian Tai Chi Academy to participate in the Academy’s Activities, for myself, my spouse, heirs, legal representatives and assigns, hereby assume all risks for such involvement, and release and discharge the Canadian Tai Chi Academy, its affiliates, agents, officers, and employees, from all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to any loss or damage that may occur either directly or indirectly from my participation in such activity.
I enter into this VOLUNTARY RELEASE & WAIVER willingly and with full knowledge and understanding that by submitting this form, I am expressly releasing the Canadian Tai Chi Academy from any liability arising from instruction or use of facilities and equipment while engaging in the Academy’s activities.
