    As a Front of House & Made‑To‑Order Team Member, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bakery—welcoming guests, crafting fresh meals, and supporting the team during busy moments.


    What You’ll Be Doing:
    Greet every guest like a regular—smile big, say hey, and make their day
    Take orders, handle transactions, run food, and keep the front of house looking fresh and welcoming
    Jump onto the Made‑To‑Order line as needed to build sandwiches, salads, biscuits, and more
    Follow recipes and systems to ensure every order is accurate, consistent, and delicious
    Package each order neatly and with care—because presentation matters
    Communicate clearly with teammates to keep things moving smoothly
    Keep workstations clean, stocked, and ready for action
    Hustle with heart and help create a bakery that feels like home

    Pay: $12–$14/hour plus tips

    What You’ll Need:
    A friendly, upbeat personality and a genuine love for serving others
    Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment
    Willingness to learn multiple roles and jump in where needed
    Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing food
    Availability to work both morning and afternoon shifts between 6:00am and 6:30pm
    Must be 16 years or older

    Additional Information:
    Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid identification upon hire. Employment may be contingent upon a successful background check, if applicable to the position.
