Terms and Conditions of Hire Summary

Trading Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 Days
Hire start and finish times to be within trading hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Start and Return date as per invoice/quote unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Fees & Charges applicable if equipment is not returned in its original handover condition—clean, undamaged, same level of fuel and on time:
- Cleaning Fee: Excessive clay, dirt, or debris beyond standard use will incur a cleaning fee of $65/hour.
- Refuel Fee: $2.50/litre
- Late Return: Additional full day hire fee charged if machine not returned before 6pm on date of scheduled return
- Insurance Excess: $750 per Excavator claim, $1000 per Truck claim (payable within 24 hours of claim)
Insurance: K & A Rentals holds insurance for its machines, but you remain responsible for any cosmetic damage, hydraulic damage, theft or misuse while in your care. If an insurance claim is applicable an excess applies $750 per excavator claim and/or $1000 per truck (you will be invoiced within 24 hours of claim lodgement).
