Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
After initiating your purchase, a PDF order summary will be emailed to you which outlines the full terms and conditions of the purchase. By paying for your costume, you are signaling your agreement with these terms.
All costume sales are final sale. You are free to resell or alter your costume as you see fit.
Payment
Invoices are payable via e-transfer to blossom@peartreecostumes.com, or in cash. Other payment methods are not supported at this time.
Pickup or Delivery
Pickups and fittings are by appointment only.
All purchases require full payment prior to shipping or pickup.
Guarantee
Peartree Costumes guarantees the workmanship of the costume for the original purchaser for a maximum of 12 months after purchase. If any repairs are necessary, please contact: blossom@peartreecostumes.com
Workmanship defects might include:
- seam defects
- fabric defects
- missing rhinestones or mirrors
Workmanship defects do not cover:
- damage caused by misuse (for example tears, pulls, stains, broken zippers or clasps)
- shed feathers
- ill fit due to growth
Cleanliness
Peartree Costumes confirms the costume (including any accessories) will be clean and in good repair at the time of pickup or shipment to the customer.
The Fine Print
Copyright
The costume subject to this Agreement is protected under Canadian copyright law. All rights not granted to the customer herein are expressly reserved by Peartree Costumes as the copyright owner. Accordingly, the customer is prohibited from reproducing (i.e. copying), either wholly or in part, the costume design. Failure to comply will result in legal action being taken against any offending parties.
Entire Agreement
This document contains the entire agreement between Peartree Costumes and the customer. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add to or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. In the event that any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this agreement or and failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion of this agreement.
Liability waiver
Dance is an inherently dangerous sport. Peartree costume accepts no liability for injuries or death that may arise in the performance of this activity or the wearing of a Peartree Costume. By signing this agreement, the customer assumes all risks associated with participating in this activity and waives and releases Peartree Costumes and its staff from all claims related to this activity, including negligence, known or unknown.
