Are you a vendor, food truck or other.
I am available and I acknowledge the date and time of the event is Saturday, August 30th, 2025. 11 am to 3:00 pm.
If approved I will pay the non refundable fee immediately in full to confirm my spot and understand there are no refunds, transfers, credit of vendor fees for any reason. (tax donation slip will be given for cancelations only)
If approved I will be on time for set up ( 8:30 am to 10:30 am) and will be ready by 11:00 to serve the public.
If approved I agree that I may not tear down my pop up until 3:00 pm even if I sell out. I understand I must not leave my space unattended and my space will be cleaned up completely at the end of the event.
If approved I agree that I will clean my space up at the end of the event or I may not be invited to another event.
If approved, in addition to the vendor fee of $60.00 I will donate a raffle item. Please give raffle item description and value below.
If approved I understand that CR/Overdose Awareness, Grace Church Ventura or the City of Ventura is not liable for any stolen or damaged goods or vendor's loss.
I understand I will be contacted once approved to make final payment and I have 24hours to secure my spot with payment (if already approved please use link below to make payment)
