Egnition Non-Disclosure Agreement (for Students)

By enrolling in the Egnition Dog Training Program, I agree to the following terms:

I acknowledge that all content provided in the program — including videos, written material, lectures, proprietary processes, and the Egnition textbook — is the intellectual property of Michael Bishop.
I agree not to copy, share, record, publish, distribute, or reproduce any part of the course content without written permission.
I agree not to teach, sell, or present the Egnition system or any part of its methodology as my own, or use it to create a competing program, course, or training resource.
I understand that violation of this agreement may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may carry legal consequences.
If I am found to be in violation of this agreement, I agree to be fully responsible for any and all legal fees, court costs, or associated expenses incurred by all parties involved in enforcing this agreement. I waive any right to pursue reimbursement or damages from Michael Bishop, his employees, partners, or anyone affiliated with the Egnition Program.
I understand that all content shared within the associated course platforms — including videos, comments, questions, and discussions submitted by other students — is also considered confidential. I will not share or discuss another participant’s work outside the program. Every member has the right to participate without fear of external criticism or exposure.
 

Egnition Program Terms of Service
By enrolling in the Egnition Program, I understand and agree to the following:

Participation: I will engage with the training material, contribute to the group environment professionally, and complete assignments to the best of my ability.
Communication: I agree to maintain respectful communication in the private group and understand that coaching is offered in good faith based on the information I provide.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued after enrollment.
Group Access: I understand that Facebook is required for participation and access to coaching. If I choose not to use Facebook, I acknowledge that I may miss key parts of the experience.
Content Use: I agree not to repost, distribute, or reuse any course material or coaching content outside the program without written permission.
