WHO MAY AVAIL?

Student officially admitted/enrolled in Isabela State University - Echague in academic program for the current school year.

PAYMENT AND ACCOMODATION
 
Eligible students shall have exclusive use of the facilities and bed space assigned to him for the amount of nine hundred pesos (Php900) monthly fee (subject to increase). Student may have an option to pay monthly, per semester, or yearly and can be made through the University Business Affairs Office (CBAO). 

A security deposit equivalent to monthly fee shall be paid upon confirmation of the use of the assigned bed space to the student. The amount shall be returned to the student after the end or termination of this agreement, subject to deductions due to damage incurred the student's stay.

Agreement shall automatically renew upon the end of the academic semester where the student has not withdrawn or has not graduated from the academic program for which he or she pursues unless otherwise a notice has been given by the University to the student.
 

FORCE MAJEURE

The University shall not be responsible for any failure to perform of any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for which said University has no control or could not be prevented, including but not limited to Acts of God, civil disturbance, terrorism, war, risk to public health and safety including endemic, epidemic, pandemic, or outbreaks.

The University reserves the right to close any housing facility for the interest of the health and safety of the students. In such cases, the University reserves the right to modify or adjust the housing charges as may be deemed appropriate. Provided further that the instruction to vacate has been ordered by the University.

Room and bed space availability is limited and not guaranteed upon submission of this form. Reservations will only be considered confirmed upon your scheduled visit. Failure to appear on your appointment date may result in forfeiture of your slot. Allocation will strictly follow a first-come, first-served policy.
