2026 DSDN Fundraising Notice of Funds

Thank you for all of your hard work fundraising for DSDN! Please complete this form for each deposit you would like to make so that we can best get it added to your fundraising page.
To note- how/when things are added to your NFG page:
- For checks, please allow up to 3 weeks. DSDN monitors the PO BOX weekly to process checks.
- For company matches, please allow up to 3 months. These funds come to DSDN in many ways and some are much quicker than others.
- For META (Facebook and Instagram), please allow 3 weeks. These funds now come with a report so that we can track fundriasing data, so there is no need to complete this form. You would complete this form for Meta donations if a friend or family members is raising donations on those platforms and would like those added to your NFG account.
