Level 1: Forged Earrings, Ring or Bracelet

Forged jewelry will take a 2 hour session to complete one project. You will learn how to create a pattern, shape your wire, forge textures, polish and antique. Designs will be made from 12 gauge copper wire and hang from sterling silver ear wires. Participants can choose between earrings, ring, or cuff bracelet.

Level 1: Mixed Metal Earrings

Mixed metal earrings will take a 2 hours session to complete. You will learn to cut shapes from metal using shears, metal punches or hand sawn techniques depending on your design. You will then solder the pieces together. Using copper, brass, and sterling silver you will leave the session with completed earrings.

Level 1: Pierced Metal Earrings or Pendant

Pierced metal earrings or pendant will take a 2 hours session to complete. You will learn to cut shapes from metal using a jewelers saw and finish your piece with files, texture, antiquing and polishing. You will leave the session with complete earrings or pendant (chain not included).
