Note:
Code requires a fire-rated door with a self-closing feature for any entry from living spaces into an attached garage. This estimate assumes a prehung fire-rated unit with self-closing hinges already installed.

A $50 adjustment fee is included to cover the extra time needed to properly set and test the self-closing hinges.

Final price may vary if the opening is significantly out of square or if additional trimming or fitting is required during installation. This will be confirmed during a site visit.
