  • Lovasi Goldens loves each of their puppies as their own and wants to ensure their puppies are going to people and families that will be their forever homes. Lovasi Goldens is always available for training advise and assist in training if needed. Please fill out the puppy application and return to Lovasi Goldens for approval.

    Puppies have a 1-year health guarantee against genetic defects. Once you are approved, you will be put on a waiting list in order of applications received and a deposit will be due to hold your place on the waiting list.

    Deposits are non-refundable. If you are leaving a deposit on an unborn litter and the desired sex is not born, your deposit can be transferred to our next litter. The remaining balance is due in cash at puppy selection day. Puppy selection day is done around 5 weeks of age and pups go to their homes between 7 and 8 weeks of age. Puppies will be selected by the buyer in order of deposits received. We do help fit the best puppy for each family but do not make the final choice for you. Lovasi Goldens has the right to first pick puppy from every litter. If we do not decide to keep a puppy, then all buyers will get bumped up in line. Deposit of $500 is due to be put on our waiting list or to hold a puppy that is already born.

  • We require to meet all families before taking home one of our puppies. We can meet prior to puppies being born or we can meet on Puppy Selection Day. We have the right to deny anyone a puppy if we feel the puppy would not make a good fit for your home or if we feel the puppy is in danger of any kind.

  • 24. If you are unable to train your dog yourself, are you willing to take your dog to a professional dog trainer?*
  • 26. Do you understand that the dog is to be an inside dog and not left outside to live?*
  • 27. Do you agree to spay/neuter your dog between 18-24 months old? New studies have proven that dogs need their hormones for bone and brain development while they are still growing. Proof of Spay/Neuter must be sent to breeder by the time dog is age 2 or breeder has the right to take ownership of dog.*
  • 28. Do you understand that once you place a deposit, it is non-refundable unless the breeder cannot provide you with a puppy within one year of promised date?*
  • 29. Do you understand that you may never sell or find a new home for the puppy or adult without notifying the breeder for approval?*

  • 31. Do you understand that I can void this contract and refuse to sell you a puppy for any reasons of distrust of your intentions toward my puppy or breeding lines and no money will be refunded?*

Do you agree to not abuse or neglect this dog, and that if any time, I the Breeder, believes this dog is abused or neglected or if you break this contract, that I have the right to repossess the dog and that you agree not to seek legal damages against me: the breeder or cause me: the breeder legal expenses?*

  • If at any time you return your puppy due to any reasons other than a health genetic defect, no refund will be given when Lovasi Goldens finds your puppy/dog a new home.
