Important considerations before filling the form

Performance Logistics
Our dancers typically arrive 30–60 minutes prior to their scheduled performance. If you require them to stay for the entire event, please let us know in advance, as this may affect performer availability.

Budget for Performance
Our dance troupe offers high-level professional performances. For events with a limited budget, we may consider offering a performance by senior students, subject to availability.

Compensation & Credit
In cases where compensation is not possible, we may invite students with stage-ready choreographies. In such cases, we kindly ask for proper credit to be given, including announcing our academy name (Nrityanvita Kathak Academy) and Guru’s name during the event.

Marketing Material
Please upload or share a flyer or promotional graphic for the event. We use this when reaching out to our dancers and may also promote the event on our website or social channels if our academy performs.
