I understand I will be contacted with a follow up via email within 48 hours of submitting this form and will be required to send a deposit within 24 hours of agreeing to an appointment with CT TATTOOS. I acknowledge that until a deposit is received by CT TATTOOS my appointment is not confirmed or secure. I understand that ALL deposits are non refundable and if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment i will do this no later than 48 hours before the appointment. I understand that if I cancel or reschedule later than this, a new deposit will be required to keep the appointment. I acknowledge and understand if I make changes to my design after submitting this request, the cost may vary from the quote initially given.
