This class introduces children to the fundamentals of music in a fun and play-based way. Through rhythm exercises, moment activities, and hands-on instrument exploration, students develop a strong musical foundation while improving coordination and listening skills. With a maximum of six students per class, each child receives individual attention in a supportive environment. This class encourages creativity and a love for music while fostering social interaction and early teamwork skills.
At the end of this class, your child will confidently recognize beat, rhythm, and pitch while building creativity, focus, and early teamwork skills through play-based learning.
1. Strengthen steady beat skills through rhythm stick patterns and group movement.
2. Practice echo rhythms, gradually introducing more complex patterns and tempo changes.
3. Explore pitch through singing games and begin matching short melodic phrases.
4. Compose short rhythmic or melodic patterns and practice performing them for peers.
5. Rehearse a simple ensemble piece combining beat, rhythm, and melody with instruments.
6. Perform a short showcase for parents, highlighting steady beat, rhythm, and melody in a group piece.
