1. Start Your Order
Submit a request with your design idea, style, and size. I’ll respond within 1–3 days with your quote, timeline, and any follow-up questions.
2. Creation Time
Once your design is confirmed and payment is received, I’ll begin burning your piece. Typical working time is 3–6 business days depending on the complexity. After that, I’ll ship it or schedule your pickup.
3. Delivery Options
- Shipping: $13 flat rate (U.S. only) via USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days. Tracking is included.
- Pickup: Free porch pickup available in Columbia, MO or Joplin, MO. I’ll message you when your piece is ready.
