SkipTheTripRx is a text-based telemedicine service operated by a licensed Physician Assistant. By using our service, you understand and agree to the following:

    📱 What Telemedicine Means

Telemedicine is the use of electronic communication to provide clinical services without an in-person visit. In our case, everything is handled via texting (or secure messaging through the Spruce app) — no video calls, no waiting rooms, and no logins. Just plain texting, simplified.

    This approach means:

    You won’t see a provider face-to-face.

We rely on the information you provide in the form and by text.

We can only assess and treat based on that information.

We’re great for simple, common conditions like UTIs, hair loss, ED, or sinus infections — things that don’t always require a physical exam. But we’re not for emergencies, or anything complex that would typically need a full workup.

    🧪 What We Can’t Do

Due to the nature of telemedicine, certain conditions or findings may be missed because no physical exam is performed. This does not mean anyone did anything wrong — that’s just medicine. Treatments don’t always work the first time.

If your symptoms worsen, or the treatment doesn’t help, you should follow up with an in-person provider. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee outcomes — and that’s true of any provider.

    đź’ł All Sales Are Final

We charge a flat fee per consultation. That includes your messaging evaluation and treatment recommendation. If no prescription is medically appropriate, there will be no charge.

Our motto: No script? No charge.

Once a treatment is agreed upon and payment is collected, the sale is final.

👤 Who May See Your Info

Your case will be reviewed by a licensed Physician Assistant. In some states, a Supervising Physician may also review your chart as part of legal requirements or routine quality assurance.

We only access and share your information when it’s necessary for your care, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

    📍 Service Availability

This service is only available to patients located in states where the provider is licensed and authorized to practice independently or with appropriate supervision.

If you are under 18 or are not physically located in a supported state, we can’t treat you — and if we find that out during your conversation, you will not be charged.
