Unofficial Survey

The goal of this survey is simple: To better understand how athletes feel about the structure and organization of the sport we all love. I’m not claiming to represent everyone, nor do I speak from above. I’m just someone who fell in love with this sport early on, helped grow its community, and has committed years of energy, time, and belief into it. I’ve competed in over 50 events and multiple World Championships — as an athlete, coach, fan. This is not the start of a union or a protest. It’s a starting point — a way to gather honest feedback from athletes around the world and build a clear, respectful proposal to present to HYROX global leadership. As athletes we must remember: HYROX is our sport — but it’s also a brand. And while final decisions may be made unilaterally, we believe that any brand serving a global community should listen, learn, and evolve. This is simply a platform — a door we open together — so athlete voices can be heard, respected, and considered. But it’s important that we approach this in a respectful, structured, and thoughtful way — while understanding our role and position within the sport.
