3. WI-FI, ACCESS, SPACE & POWER REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a seamless photo booth experience, the Client is responsible for providing the following:
- Wi-Fi Access: While a reliable internet connection is not required, it is highly recommended for optimal performance. I will provide my own internet access; however, having a backup connection available would be greatly appreciated.
- Space: A minimum area of 10’ x 10’ x 10’ is needed for setup, including room for a 4–6 ft table.
- Power: A dedicated 110V, 10-amp, 3-prong electrical outlet must be located within 6 to 10 feet of the designated booth space.
- Working Conditions: The area must be safe, dry, and suitable for operation, with appropriate crowd control if needed.
Note: The Client is responsible for any delays, interruptions, or damages resulting from inadequate space, access, power, or internet connectivity.
