Essential Booth (Package # 1)

The Essential Booth includes the photo booth only. Guests receive all images digitally via text, email, or QR code. Not included: backdrop, prints, or props. A minimum booking of three hours is required.

The Social Booth is fully digital with basic party-themed props and your choice of standard backdrop. Guests can instantly share images via email, text, or QR code. No prints included. A minimum booking of three hours is required.

The Elite Booth our most booked package! Enjoy the full experience with the photo booth, your choice of standard or premium sequin backdrop, premium party-themed props, and unlimited 2x6 photo strip prints plus digital sharing. A minimum of three hours is required to book.

Glam Booth (Package # 5)

The Glam Booth includes a white backdrop, monochrome filter, 3 face glam beauty filters, black-and-white props, and unlimited 2x6 photo strip prints with digital sharing. Popular for weddings and elegant events. A minimum of three hours is required to book.

Guest Book & Photo Album in One. This versatile keepsake replaces traditional guestbooks and holds up to 160 vertical 2x6 photo strips. Guests can add their photos and sign a message.

This option is ideal if you’d like the booth fully installed and ready ahead of time, or if there’s a gap between setup and your event’s start time. During this period, the booth remains reserved exclusively for your event, and our team coordinates return and activation at your requested time.

Choose your 7.5 ft pillow-top style backdrop. If you booked Package # 1 and # 3, select No Backdrop. Package # 2 includes a standard backdrop only. With Package # 4, you may select either a standard or sequin backdrop. Package # 5 requires a white standard backdrop exclusively.

The start screen is the first screen guests see before their photo session begins. Would you like to upload any photo(s) or video(s) of the guest of honor? If you do not have your files yet, you may send them closer to the event date.*

What type of props would you like?*
Photobooth Placement:
Will there be a 3-prong electrical outlet within 6–10 feet of the setup area?*
A dedicated 110V, 10-amp, 3-prong electrical outlet must be located within 6 to 10 feet of thedesignated booth space.
Will Wi-Fi access be available for the photo booth?*
While a reliable internet connection is not required, it is highly recommended for optimal.
Where will the Photo Booth be set up?*
Please select the flat surface where the photo booth will be placed. Cannot be placed to direct sunlight.*
No dirt, grass, or rocks. It cannot be placed in direct sunlight. If the area has direct sunlight, a tent must be provided to cover the booth.
Service Agreement:
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Chic Photo Booth (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) as of the date of signature below for the rental of photo booth services.

1. SERVICE PERIOD
Provider agrees to have the photo booth operational for a minimum of 80% of the contracted service period. Operations may be interrupted as reasonably necessary for maintenance, including but not limited to changing photo paper, adjusting camera or lighting, or printer maintenance.

2. PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $49.00 is due upon execution of this Agreement to secure the event date. This amount will be credited toward the total Rental Amount. The balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline shall result in cancellation of services without refund.

3. DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Client may cancel within 7 calendar days of signing without forfeiting the deposit. Thereafter:

- Date change requests must be made in writing at least 20 days prior to the event.
- Changes are subject to availability and require execution of a new Agreement.
- If unavailable for the new date, deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellation less than 20 days prior forfeits all payments made.

4. DAMAGE & BEHAVIOR
Client is liable for damage or theft caused by Client or their guests. Provider may cease operations if guests are unruly, abusive, or damage equipment, with no refund given.

5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Provider agrees to lease and provide to the Client selected equipment and services for the duration of the Event, as specified at the time of booking and as communicated in writing through text, messaging, call, email, chat, or social media. The available equipment and services may include, but are not limited to:

- One (1) Salsa Photo Booth by Photo Booth Supply Co.
- One (1) Apple iPad Pro 12.9" (2021) with Wi-Fi + 5G, 256GB
- One (1) 7.5ft x 7.5ft Pillowcase Backdrop with Stand
- Two (2) Pack LED Video Studio Photo Lights Wand Stick, Obeamiu 5600K Led Photography Lighting Wand Kit with 63'' Tripod
- Two (2) 14" x 10" LED panel with 384 bi-color LEDs (3200K–5600K), 45 watts/4600 lumens, dimmable bi-color modes (white, warm white mix, warm yellow), plus an AC adapter, 71.5" light tripod, and carrying bag.
- One (1) DNP DS620A Dye Sub Professional Photo Printer with DNP 4x6 or 2x6 Dye Sub Media
- One (1) DNP WCM Plus Wireless Connect Module
- Several Premium Props

7. EXECUTION
Each party represents and warrants that they have full legal authority to enter into and be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and signatures transmitted electronically (via email, scanned copy, or electronic signature service) shall be deemed as valid and enforceable as original signatures. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is signed by the final party.
