  • Service Agreement:

  • This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Chic Photo Booth (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) as of the date of signature below for the rental of photo booth services.

  • 1. SERVICE PERIOD
    Provider agrees to have the photo booth operational for a minimum of 80% of the contracted service period. Operations may be interrupted as reasonably necessary for maintenance, including but not limited to changing photo paper, adjusting camera or lighting, or printer maintenance.

  • 2. PAYMENT
    A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is due upon execution of this Agreement to secure the event date. This amount will be credited toward the total Rental Amount. The balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline shall result in cancellation of services without refund.

  • 3. WI-FI, ACCESS, SPACE & POWER REQUIREMENTS

    To ensure a seamless photo booth experience, the Client is responsible for providing the following:

    - Wi-Fi Access: While a reliable internet connection is not required, it is highly recommended for optimal performance. I will provide my own internet access; however, having a backup connection available would be greatly appreciated.

    - Space: A minimum area of 10’ x 10’ x 10’ is needed for setup, including room for a 4–6 ft table.

    - Power: A dedicated 110V, 10-amp, 3-prong electrical outlet must be located within 6 to 10 feet of the designated booth space.

    - Working Conditions: The area must be safe, dry, and suitable for operation, with appropriate crowd control if needed.

    Note: The Client is responsible for any delays, interruptions, or damages resulting from inadequate space, access, power, or internet connectivity.

  • 4. OUTDOOR SETUP
    Client must ensure:

    - Dry, level, paved or grassy area (no dirt).
    - Protection from wind, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight.
    - Unsafe conditions allow Provider to cancel service without refund.

  • 5. DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
    Client may cancel within 7 calendar days of signing without forfeiting the deposit. Thereafter:

    - Date change requests must be made in writing at least 20 days prior to the event.
    - Changes are subject to availability and require execution of a new Agreement.
    - If unavailable for the new date, deposit is forfeited.
    - Cancellation less than 20 days prior forfeits all payments made.

  • 6. DAMAGE & BEHAVIOR
    Client is liable for damage or theft caused by Client or their guests. Provider may cease operations if guests are unruly, abusive, or damage equipment, with no refund given.

  • 7. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
    The Provider agrees to lease and provide to the Client selected equipment and services for the duration of the Event, as specified at the time of booking and as communicated in writing through text, messaging, call, email, chat, or social media. The available equipment and services may include, but are not limited to:

    - One (1) Salsa Photo Booth by Photo Booth Supply Co.
    - One (1) Apple iPad Pro 12.9" (2021) with Wi-Fi + 5G, 256GB
    - One (1) 7.5ft x 7.5ft Pillowcase Backdrop with Stand
    - Two (2) Pack LED Video Studio Photo Lights Wand Stick, Obeamiu 5600K Led Photography Lighting Wand Kit with 63'' Tripod
    - One (1) DNP DS620A Dye Sub Professional Photo Printer with DNP 4x6 or 2x6 Dye Sub Media
    - One (1) DNP WCM Plus Wireless Connect Module
    - Several Premium Props

    (Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Photo Booth”).

  • 8.  PHOTO RIGHTS
    Client grants Provider permission to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes unless Client declines in writing.

  • 9. EXECUTION
    Each party represents and warrants that they have full legal authority to enter into and be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and signatures transmitted electronically (via email, scanned copy, or electronic signature service) shall be deemed as valid and enforceable as original signatures. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it is signed by the final party.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Agreement as of the date set forth below:
