    Please use this form to share your contact details and representative details relating to your membership with Landcare NSW.
  • Thank you for your being a member of Landcare NSW! 

    As a nominated sub-committee of an insured Landcare NSW member group or Regional Body, you will be eligible to participate in the voting processes at Landcare NSW's annual general meetings via a nominated representative. 

    We also want to ensure we can keep you updated with what's happening at Landcare NSW and across the state.

  • PART I - COMMITTEE DETAILS

  • A sub-committee is defined in according to NSW Associations Law & Regulation.

    It is governed and auspiced by the Committee of an incorporated association or other legal entity. A sub-committee is not a legal entity in its own right, and cannot hold an ABN or enter into a contract.

    For sub-committees that identify as local Landcare Groups and are recognised as a Landcare Group by a Landcare group name/logo, the following applies:

    • They are eligible for membership with Landcare NSW
    • A $50 membership fee applies per sub-committee listed on a Landcare Group’s membership application
    • Are insured under its “Parent” Landcare Group provided that this group is an insured member of Landcare NSW
  • Please provide contact details for the primary contact person within your group/sub-committee. 

    Note, this will be the main point of contact for all important notices, including invoices, invitations to our AGM, and our Connections newsletter.

    It is the responsibility of this nominated primary contact to cascade and forward on important information and announcements as appropriate.


  • PART II - REPRESENTATIVE DETAILS

  • As a member group, you must appoint a Representative, who can represent your group at Landcare NSW's AGM, and vote on behalf of your group (if applicable).

    • Each Landcare Member Group must appoint one individual as its Representative by notice to the Secretary (which may be given by completing any online form approved by the Board). The appointment may be a standing one.
    • A Representative may exercise any and all powers of the Landcare Member Group unless the appointment specifies otherwise.
    • The appointment may be made by reference to a volunteer position held.
    • An employee may not be appointed a member representative (this does not apply to group members defined under 5.3 (a) (C) in our constitution - e.g., external organisations that perform activities similar to those of a Landcare Group).
