Croydon Ranges Function Booking Form Silcock Reserve Clubrooms

Welcome to the Croydon Ranges FC function booking form.

This is for booking functions during the Croydon Ranges FC winter season at Silcock Reserve clubrooms (1 April until 30th September). For times outside this period please contact Croydon Ranges Cricket Club to hire Silcock Reserve clubrooom for functions.

To compelte this form you will need to have contacted the club via email crfc1971@gmail.com first to confirm there are no club functions or other functions scheduled on the date you wish to hire the clubrooms for a function. Club functions are always first priority and cannot be rescheduled for non club functions.

Function hire is in 4 hour blocks. Please see below for availability (no function room hire working hours during the week):

Friday Night - Only available if no competition fixtures are scheduled. 7-11pm if available.

Saturday morning - clubrooms are unavailable for hire due to junior competition fixtures.

Saturday afternoons - unavailable if competition fixtrures are scheduled.

Saturday night - Available 7-11pm

Sunday - Unavalable until 1pm. Available 1-5pm only if no competition fixtures are scheduled. Otherwise available 6-10pm

Fee is $300 for a 4 hour function hire (price as of 2025 and subject to increases) plus whether staff are needed to serve behind bar (this depends on attendee numbers and type of function)

A cleaning deposit may be payable as well as a security deposit.

Patrons are required to leave Croydon Ranges FC clubrooms in an orderely and quiet manner with respect to neighbors at the conclusion of the function they are attending.

Hirers are strongly encouraged to have someone marshalling guests at the close of the function to ensure this happens. Failure to do so may require in loss of any bond payments made.
