By participating in this retreat experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, policies, and disclaimers. Please review thoroughly before registering or submitting any payments.

 💳 Payment Policy

I understand that all payments are made directly to Lavishly Own Your Petals.

I acknowledge that Lavish Life Travelers is a vendor partner handling accommodations, logistics, and travel support, but is not responsible for refund or payment disputes.

I understand that all payments are non-refundable, no exceptions.

I agree to follow my selected payment plan or pay in full by January 31, 2026 to qualify for any early bird discounts.

I understand that 2 missed payment deadlines will result in cancellation of my retreat reservation with no refund.

I understand that the retreat cost does not include flights unless I’ve added a flight package.

 

🧘🏾‍♀️ Retreat Code of Conduct

I agree to approach this space with respect, confidentiality, grace, and nonjudgment.

I will honor the sacred energy of all group sessions and healing spaces.

 

🛏️ Roommate Match Policy (Double Occupancy Only)

If I do not have a roommate, I will be matched with another participant based on availability and alignment.

If my roommate cancels or becomes ineligible, I may be reassigned or moved to a single room and agree to pay the adjusted rate.

Roommate matches are finalized prior to the retreat and require both guests to be current or paid in full.

The retreat team reserves the right to adjust room assignments for flow, energy, or logistical reasons.

 

📸 Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos and video may be captured throughout the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.

I consent to being photographed unless I submit a written request to opt out prior to the retreat.

 

🔒 Behavior & Dismissal Policy

I understand that disruptive behavior, disrespect, or violation of retreat guidelines may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Arriving to sessions under the influence of alcohol or substances is strictly prohibited.

 

🛫 Late Arrival / Missed Session Policy

I will arrive on time for workshops, excursions, and scheduled events.

If I miss a session or arrive late, no makeups, adjustments, or refunds will be issued.

Entry to a closed session may be denied if it has already begun.

 

🧾 Cancellation Policy

All payments — including the deposit — are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No guest substitutions or name changes are allowed under any circumstances.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

If Lavishly Own Your Petals Retreat is canceled due to unforeseen events, a credit will be issued toward a future retreat with available space.

If the new retreat has a higher cost, I agree to pay the difference.

A cancellation penalty of $435 per person applies to cancellations made on or after February 1, 2026.

 

🌿 Excursion & Activity Disclaimer

I understand that all excursions are optional.

If I choose not to participate, no refund or substitutions will be provided.

Retreat organizers may adjust the itinerary as needed for group safety, weather, or vendor changes.

 

📋 Health & Liability Waiver

I confirm that I am physically and emotionally capable of participating in retreat activities.

I understand this retreat is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

I release Lavishly Own Your Petals and Lavish Life Travelers from any liability related to injuries, emotional distress, or health conditions that arise during the retreat.

 

⚠️ Force Majeure & Travel Delays

I understand that Lavishly Own Your Petals is not responsible for weather, political unrest, natural disasters, or travel disruptions.

No refunds will be issued due to flight delays, illness, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

 Note: A licensed Christian therapist will be present to guide select healing sessions. While certified, her role is as a wellness facilitator — not your personal mental health provider. Any 1:1 support must be scheduled independently. Lavishly Own Your Petals, The Mind Transformation Corps and Lavish Life Travelers are not liable for any clinical outcomes.
