IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

 

• Please read the deTour 2025 Open Call for Creative Proposals (Installation & Exhibition) Information Kit before starting the online application process.

  開始網上申請程序前，請先查閱 deTour 2025 公開徵集創意計劃書（裝置及展覽）資料冊。

• After you have filled out the online application form, please click the "Submit Application" button. A page showing "Form submitted" will then be shown to indicate that you have successfully submitted the online application form. Please confirm all input information before submission.

  請注意，申請者須先按「遞交申請」，並於屏幕顯示「表格已提交」方為完成網上報名。請於遞交申請前先確認表格資料已正確填妥。

• Please note that the submission deadline will be 27 July 2025 (Sun), 6:00pm (HKT)

  請於 2025年7月27日（星期日）晚上6時（香港時間）前提交申請。

• Each applicant will only be allowed to submit ONE application form for each proposal. For duplicate applications, only the first submitted application will be considered.

  每份計劃書只能提交一份網上報名表格，如有重複，將採納第一份報名表格。

• Applicants will receive an automated confirmation email upon successful submission.

  參加者若成功遞交報名，將會收到系統自動發出的確認電郵。

1. Budget Plan 製作預算

All costs and expenses associated with proposal should be listed in the budget plan. 
列明計劃所有相關費用及支出。

2. Creative Proposal 創意計劃書

• Should be limited to four A4 pages (4pp) in PDF format and suggest include the following

  不多於4版A4尺寸的PDF文件，建議包括以下項目:

  1. Mood boards, images, sketches, and/or renderings;

     Moodboard、圖像、草圖及／或模擬圖;

  2. Execution plan, including the production and installation schedule and feasibility

     執行計劃如施工方案、製作和安裝時間表.

• The file size should not exceed 5MB and the word limit is 1000. 

  電子檔案大小上限為5MB，字數限制為1000字。

• Should not contain any credit, logo or information (such as personal/ company name) that reveals the identity of the applicant).

  不含個人／團體資料、標誌或任何提示身分的資訊（如個人或公司名稱）。

3. CV and Portfolio 個人履歷及作品集

Should be limited to four pages (4pp) in PDF format (File size should not exceed 5MB).

不多於4版A4尺寸的PDF文件 (電子檔案大小上限為5MB）

Rules & Regulations 參加者守則

1. All works submitted must be original and created entirely by the Applicant(s).
   所有作品必須為原創並完全由參加者親自創作。
2. All identification documents are for the purpose of entry eligibility verification only. Relevant documents will be destroyed subsequently.
   所有證明文件只用作核實參加資格，該等文件隨後會被銷毀。
3. Applications that do not conform to the required format or late or incomplete will not be considered. It is the responsibility of applicants to ensure the proper delivery of all required material and documents. (Please refer to Part 3 of this application form for details)
   參加者有責任確保成功遞交所有所需資料及文件。不符合要求、遲交或不完整的報名申請將不獲接納。(詳情請參閱本申請表第三部分)
4. Applicants shortlisted by the selection panel will receive an email notification.
   經評審團挑選後，入圍的參加者會收到電郵通知。

1. By signing and submitting this application, Applicants agree to all of the terms and conditions.
   遞交已簽名的報名申請即代表參加者了解並同意接納活動條款及其背後的約束力。
2. The final decisions are reserved by PMQ Management Co. Ltd (the “Organiser”).
   PMQ元創方管理有限公司（「主辦機構」）保留最終決定權。
3. Chinese version of the terms and conditions of entry is for reference only. In the case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
   條款及細則之中文譯本只用作參考，如英文本與中文譯本之文義有歧異，概以英文本為準。

Intellectual Property 知識產權

1. All Applicants must be the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright in the application. Applications should not infringe on any rights of any third party. The organiser will not be held responsible for any such infringement.
   報名申請過程中，所有參加者必須為其版權的唯一擁有人，參加者絕不能侵犯任何第三者的權利。主辦機構不會因任何侵權行為而負上責任。
2. The Organiser shall not be responsible whether directly or indirectly for any liability arising whatsoever or howsoever from any violation of any copyright laws. Applicants agree and undertake to accept and be responsible for all such liability arising therefrom. For details about the Copyright Ordinance (Chapter 528),
