Please use the scroll-down box below to select the category you wish to enter. You can enter as many categories as you wish but must make separate entries for each category. If you won last year do not enter the same category again as the T's & C's say that you cannot win in consecutive years.

We reserve the right to add entrants to additional categories, where suitable.

Entries close at 5pm on Friday 31st October

The awards ceremony is on Friday 5th December at lunchtime at the Digby Hall Sherborne.

If you are shortlisted you will be contacted at least 3 weeks before the awards ceremony - if you do not hear it means better luck next year and we thank you for entering.
