  • Note: Maximum of two (2) exhibitors per company is allowed.

     

    Participation fee:
     The participation fee is ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 1,500.00) or EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP88,500.00) for a maximum of 2 representatives per company. As a co-exhibitor, you will be entitled to:

    • Table space at the Philippines’ stand;
    • Access badge for a maximum of two (2) participants per company; and
    • Inclusion in the directory of Philippine Exhibitors;

      Note: 2024 TPB Members are entitled to a 20% discount on the said participation fee

    2. Deposit directly to Land Bank of the Philippines with the following details:

      • Deadline of registration and payment is on or before 07 October 2024.

    Entitlements:
    a. Table space for B2B meetings and appointments at the Philippine stand
    b. Access Badge for a maximum of two (2) participants per company
    c. Inclusion in the Directory of Philippine Exhibitors
    d. Inclusion in press releases and advertising initiatives that DOT/TPB will undertake
    e. Other marketing efforts that will provide the private sector participants optimal advantage and benefit.

    Participation Guidelines

    1. Participation as a PHILIPPINE SELLER in TPB-led international travel trade and consumer fairs shall be open to all DOT-accredited suppliers and TPB Members ONLY.
    2. Travel Trade Fairs:
      • The designation/position of the registered Philippine sellers should be at least the Middle Manager, Senior Sales Representative, or the next lower rank to the Middle Manager.

      • If the designated seller will not be available during the event, the replacement delegate should be of equivalent rank and can make decisions for and on behalf of the company they are representing.

    3. Confirmation of SELLER Registration is subject to the submission of the following documentary requirements:
      • Duly accomplished Pre-Event Questionnaire Form

      • Duly accomplished Participation Form

      • Company Profile

      • TPB Official Receipt as proof of payment for the participation fee, to be issued by our TPB Cashier Office

      • Clear copy of valid DOT Accreditation Certificate (for expired Certifications, copy of the DOT’s acknowledgment reply on the application for renewal) and/or Valid TPB Membership Certificate

    4. Cancellation Policy

      For any cancellation received fourteen (14) days before the event, except for emergency and medical reason/s, participants will have to pay a corresponding charge of USD 125.00. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will negatively affect your participation in future TPB-led events. Please read the Cancellation Policy carefully on the linked participation form.

    5. Non-submission of required forms (i.e., Evaluation Form, Sales Lead Form) or unsettled payables from previous participation in TPB projects will be a basis for non-confirmation in future TPB event participations.

    6. Blacklisting Policy

      Participants will be given 10 working days after the event to complete and submit the forms, otherwise, they will be subject to blacklisting effective for 12 months from receipt of Notice of Blacklisting.

These data, which include your personal or sensitive information, may be collected, processed, stored, updated, or disclosed by the Department of Tourism (DOT) / Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) (i) for legitimate purposes, (ii) and to comply with the DOT/TPB’s internal policies and its reporting obligations to governmental authorities under applicable laws.  By attending this event as well, you are allowing DOT/TPB use of any taped conversation, video or photograph obtained at this event to be reproduced under the direction of the DOT/TPB for promotional purposes. It is understood that this content is given with no expectation of compensation for said use.
