Hunslet Festival Saturday 13th June 2026, 1130am-4pm.

Church Street/Grove Road, Hunslet.
Hunslet Festival is an annual summer event that takes place on the field next to Grove Road and Church Street in Hunslet. It is great community celebration that local residents look forward to and also draws in visitors from neighbouring communities.
We anticipate over 2500 guests to attend the event throughout the day. The Organising Committee is motivated to give people the best day possible.
We welcome applications from a wide range of stall holders - please complete the application below and we will be in touch within 2 weeks.
PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO "LOCAL" APPLICANTS.
All stall spaces are 4m x 4m, will be located side by side & have ONE SIDE facing the customers.

You are welcome to set up your stall however you like but must remain in your marked area. Thanks for your cooperation.

You must bring your own gazebo, table, chairs etc.

Voluntary Community Groups or Charitable Organisations: £25

Businesses, Community Groups or Charitable Organisations with Paid Staff, Religious Groups, Political Parties: £40

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE CREATIVE WITH YOUR STALL - TO OFFER SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND ENGAGE MORE PARTICIPANTS.

Please use the space below to provide a brief summary of your stall. E.g. selling new products, tombola, fundraising, games, business, information sharing, promotion. Stalls are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis. We may decline your request if it is too similar to exiting stalls.

We have a strong preference for BANK TRANSFER but other arrangements can be made in exceptional circumstances. Please arrange payment immediately - your place is not confirmed until payment has been received. There is no option to pay on the day and cash is not accepted.

If your stall requires sides/backs on a gazebo please inform us here. We will locate you in a suitable place to avoid restricting the views around the Performance Arena. Or if you would like to be next to another stall please tell us now. We will do our best to fit these requests in when possible.
