    Event hours

    9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Set up starts at 7:00 am.

    Spaces are all outside, 10x10 spaces, Artisians, Cottage Food, businesses $25.00 per space, Prepared Food Vendor $75.00 per space, per event date.  All vendors required to have thier own canpoy and weights in the event of wind.

    Please complete the form below if you like to sign up for the upcoming event dates. you can sign up for one date or all 3 dates.

    Once we receive your application or staff will review. Once approved, we will email you a link to pay for your space fee. 

    All fees are non-refundable, and the deadline for fee payment to reserve your booth space is due by the Monday prior to the event by 5pm.  If fees are not paid by that time your space will be released to another vendor.

    You will receive "load in" instructions via email approximately one week prior to the event.

    VENDOR RULES & GUIDELINES
  • Vendor Categories:
    1. Cottage Food Business

    Vendors in this category operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows certain low-risk foods to be prepared in a home kitchen and sold directly to consumers.

    Requirements:

    • Must comply with all Texas Cottage Food Law requirements.
    • Products must be non-potentially hazardous (no refrigeration required).
    • All labels must include: Vendor name and address. Ingredient list in descending order by weight. Allergen declarations.
    • The statement: “This product is not inspected by any state of Texas or local health department.”
    • Examples: Baked goods, jams/jellies, candies, popcorn, salsas, spice mixes.

     
    2. Prepared Food

    Vendors offering freshly prepared foods or drinks intended for immediate consumption. All foods must be produced in a licensed commercial kitchen within 150 miles of the market or on-site under approved permits.

    Requirements:

    • Valid food handler or food manager certifications.
    • Foods must be held at proper temperatures and served safely.
    • Vendors may need a portable hand-washing station.
      Allergen and ingredient information must be available to customers.
    • Examples: BBQ plates, tacos, waffles, smoothies, iced beverages.

    3. Artisan Vendors

    Vendors selling locally made, handcrafted, or artist-designed items.

    Requirements:

    • Goods must be handcrafted, substantially altered, or designed by the vendor. No resale of mass-produced products.
    • Subject to jury review during application.
    • Certain items (skincare, candles, etc.) must meet applicable labeling requirements.
    • Examples: Jewelry, art, ceramics, beauty/skincare products, woodwork, textiles, laser-engraved items.

    Vendor Fees

    • Artisan Vendors, Cottage Food Vendors, Small Businesses: $25 per 10×10 booth space.
    • Prepared Food Vendors: $75 per 10×10 booth space.
    • Only one prepared food vendor is featured per event. Selection is based on application review by Market Coordinators.
    • Payment must be received to secure booth space.
    • Assignments may be relocated at the discretion of Market Coordinators.
       

    Market Rules

    1. Vendors must submit a signed application and provide proper permits, certifications, and licenses before attending.
    2. All items sold must be made or produced by the vendor within 150 miles of the market (unless otherwise approved).
    3. Prepared Food Vendors: Only one prepared food vendor is featured per event.
    4. Applications are competitive and selection is at the discretion of Market Coordinators.
    5. Vendors must follow all federal, state, county, and city laws.
    6. Reselling products is prohibited (except when creating a new finished product).
    7. Vendors must set up by 8:45 AM and remain until the market closes at 2:00 PM.
    8. No early breakdowns.
    9. Vendors must unload promptly, move vehicles to vendor parking (not customer parking), and leave booth areas clean.
    10. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, signage, and booth setup.
    11. All tents must be properly weighted or secured for safety.
    12. No smoking or vaping within market boundaries.
    13. Generators are permitted mainly for Prepared Food Vendors and must not exceed 60 dB to minimize noise pollution. MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL from market coordinator.
    14. Pets are only allowed if selling pet products, service animals, or with prior approval.
    15. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance, property, and taxes. SBSM accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage.
    16. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
    17. Food vendors must comply with health and labeling requirements, including allergen disclosure.
    18. Cottage Food Vendors must use the required state label disclaimer.
    19. Vendors may not openly display firearms and must follow all firearm laws.
    20. Market Coordinators reserve the right to reassign spaces, issue warnings, suspend, or expel vendors.
    21. No MLM (multi-level marketing) vendors allowed.
    22. Issues must be directed to Market Coordinators for onsite resolution.

    Vendor Liability Waiver, Release & Indemnity Form
  • Stylin Salon & Spa and Green Girl B do not cover product liability for individual vendors or liability for personal damages caused at the market or by your market display.

    I understand that individual product liability and liability for my market display is my responsibility. I do hereby release The Stylin Salon & Spa and Green Girl B, and all employees or agents from legal or financial liability due to my products and/or market display.

    Indemnity Agreement

    The vendor shall indemnify, keep and save harmless The Stylin Salon & Spa and Green Girl B and from and against, any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by vendor and shall defend at vendor’s own expense any actions brought against the The Stylin Salon & Spa and Green Girl B and any other person or organization with which the The Stylin Salon & Spa and Green Girl B has a contractual relationship by vendor’s acts or omissions.

    Release and Indemnity Clause

    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Stylin Salon & Spa and Green Girl B, other vendors at the market, and employees of those businesses from all claims, causes of action, liability, judgments, obligations, or costs of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees, in connection with any such claims or the link made by or on behalf of any individual and /or entity and/ or the individual’s and /or entity’s spouse, children, heirs, insurers, guarantors, officers directors agents, or person of entities claiming by or through an individual and / or entity.

    Standards of Conduct

    Vendors must be knowledgeable about their products and able to clearly explain their use or origin. Products should be displayed in a clean, attractive manner. Vendors are expected to remain courteous, professional, and honest at all times. Misrepresentation, inappropriate behavior, language, clothing, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the market.
