• Oshawa Art Association 42nd Annual Fall Art Festival

    Show Dates: October 4-5, 2025 at Camp Samac
  • Important Show and Application Information

    Location: Camp Samac, Conlin Road entrance, Oshawa

    Festival Hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday October 4 and Sunday October 5,2025

    Hall Setup: Friday, October 3 from 9:30 am to 12:00 p.m. Artists may start hanging their work at 12:00 pm and must be finished by 6:00 pm.

    Partial dismantle takes place on Sunday after the show is closed at 5 pm. Panels will be dismantled Monday morning by the Moving Company.

    Registration Deadline:

      OAA Members: Applications will be received from July 2 to September 5, 2025

      Non Members: Applications will be received from August 5 to September 5, 2025

  • Eligibility:

    • The OAA Art Festival is open to all OAA members in good standing who have paid their 2025 membership and who pay the required entry fee.
    • All registrants must be at least 16 yrs of age.
    • If the show is not full by the registration deadline shown above, applications will be accepted from non members.
    • Registration is limited to the spaces available
    • You will only receive a call or email if the show is full in which case you will receive a refund.
  • Availalble Space Sizes:   Updated 6 Aug 2025

    • Small: 4 feet wide by 7 feet high - SOLD OUT 
    • Large: 8 feet wide by 7 feet high in V shape - SOLD OUT
    • X-Large: 12 feet wide by 7 feet high in U shape  - SOLD OUT
    • Potter's/Sculpture Table: one table 6 feet long - SOLD OUT

      For artwork larger than 40 in wide, we suggest that you request a wall space to allow hanging these larger pieces. We have 5 large spaces - 8 feet wide wall spaces available. 

  • OAA Member Pricing:   No refunds will be given unless the show is full!

    • Potter's/Sculpture Table: $100.00
  • Non Member Pricing:  No Refunds will be given unless the show is full!

  • Payment Instructions:  Please Note No refunds will be given unless the show is full at the time of registration.

    If paying by e-transfer:

    • you will have to set up "Oshawa Art Association Inc" as a payee in your bank account.
    • then e-transfer the entry fee to oshawa.art.association@gmail.com

     If paying by cheque or Bank Draft:

    • make cheque or Bank Draft payable to Oshawa Art Association Inc

  • Conditions of Entry Into the Art Festival. Please read carefully

    1. I will not hold Scouts Canada, the Art Festival Committee and/or the Oshawa Art Association Inc. responsible for any damages or loss of my artwork during the setup and while they are at the festival.
    2. I agree that the Festival Committee's decisions concerning all exhibition matters are final with regards to works that are deemed inappropriate.
    3. I agee that I will not dismantle my booth on Sunday until given the OK by the Show Chair or designate.
    4. I have read and agree to abide by the NO refund policy.
    5. I agree to abide by the OAA code of conduct and will conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the event.
    6. Alcohol, Smoking/Vaping or drug substances of any kind are not permitted onsite nor surrounding any Scouts Canada properties.
