  We’re excited to have you join us for a fun-filled evening with the community. Please complete the form below to secure your vendor spot.

  * If you are doing a sponsorship please select that option in this input as you get a spot included in the Sponsorship Packages

  *A trunk spot is included in sponsorship packets but please make sure to select which packet you want
- Any questions, Comments or Concern....
- Rules and regulations:
  1. Set up time for trunks starts as early as 2pm and must be complete no later
  than 4:45pm, You are responsible for setup and take down of your trunk!
  2. Please Supply your own candy, Decoration’s, Costumes, Activity etc.
  3. There will be no outlets for electricity so please plan according
  4. Games or activities should be short and easy enough for young children to play
  5. You are allowed to Promote your business, so please feel free to incorporate your sign, giveaways, and business cards
  6. If you do not want to use your vehicle or can’t stay for the full time, please feel free to use a tent and table set up. Once vehicles are in place you cannot
  leave until the event is over!! This is a safety precaution.
  *There will be a trunk award for the best decorated trunk, so bring your creativity game and
