If you are moving, and it's into a brick-and-mortar location, whether you are a new business or a current business owner, you are required to fill out and return a CURRY COUNTY CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY / CHECK LIST. It must be signed by a building inspector from Curry County's Building Department BEFORE receiving a business license. Download below.

Application Instructions:

Please complete the form with your company details, including the owner or manager.
Be sure to check the box for the renewal or new license.
Click on PAY ONLINE IMAGE. This will open a new window where you can pay using our payment method, "Point and Pay," as you have done previously. Under Step 1: Select Payments, and "My Bills," click on the drop down menu titled "Payment Type," and choose "Business License."
Once you have paid the License fee, please return to this form and enter the Payment ID found on the receipt of your payment. (It will be emailed to you as back-up)
Finally, click "SUBMIT."

Your business license application is incomplete until you submit the form.

We will email your 2025-2026 certificate to the email address you provided on this form.
