    We would love to have you cook at the 9th Annual North Texas EggFest on Saturday, October 18th, 2025 outside of Sunnyland Outdoor Living at Coit and Spring Valley in Dallas!  By participating in the Eggfest as a cook, you will become part of the EggHead family and receive special benefits including:

    • Sunnyland employee pricing on any Big Green Egg items they want to purchase.
    • Guaranteed cash payouts minimum starting $100 up to $500
    • Additional prizes for our top team based on category votes by our celebrity judging panel
    • Special thank you gifts and more.

    In addition, all teams will receive the following:

    • One (1) Big Green Egg of your choice to cook on during event (Large or X-Large)
    • One (1) 10x10 tent and one (2) 8ft tables
    • Conveggtor, gripper, charcoal, starter
    • Food handling gloves & paper towels
    • 2oz. sample cups & toothpicks
    • Soft drinks, water, breakfast, coffee, snacks
    • Product samples from our great vendors
    • And more perks TBA...
       

    GUARANTEED PAYOUTS

    This year every team is guaranteed a minimum $100 cash payout with the top 3 teams earing guaranteed minimum.

    • 1st Place - Guaranteed minimum of $500
    • 2nd Place - Guaranteed minimum of $300
    • 3rd Place - Guaranteed minimum of $200

    Each team will earn $1 per voting ticket. Each guest will receive 5 voting tickets to spread around among the teams. 

     

    REGISTRATION DEPOSIT

    Your registration date will determine your team location - early birds will get to pick the best spots.

    Every team will pay a $50 registration deposit to secure their team spot. Every team will receive a minimum $100 payout for the event as long as they participate (which essentially means you will get your deposit back and receive a minimum of $50 in prize money / expense stipend). If you need to cancel your registration or you do not show up to the event, you will not receive a deposit refund and it will be donated to Chef to the Shelters.

    REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL

    You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete. If you do NOT get the confirmation email, it means there has been an error in the process. Please contact brad@northtexaseggfest.com if you do NOT get a confirmation email.

     

  • Registration Deposit

    Your registration is not official until your deposit is received. If you need to pay by other methods you can skip this page at this time but your registration date will not be recorded until payment is made. Registration dates will be used to prioritize booth placement at this year's event. Your credit card billing address must match your statement - otherwise our processor will most likely decline the charge.
