The Armory - 2025 Airsoft Weekend

Thank you for joining us for a weekend of fun, fellowship, and airsoft games at Asem Acres property located between Mesa, CO and Powderhorn Ski Resort. Please fill out the following information to register. Details are as follows:

• Weekend is for young men, ages 11 and up.
• Transportation will be provided.
• We will be meeting and leaving from the parking lot of Appleton Christian Church at 9:00 am, Saturday July 26th.
• Church address: 2510 I-70 Frontage Rd. Grand Junction, CO.
• We'll return the following day, Sunday July 27th, to the same location at 4:00 pm.
• If you have any airsoft equipment including guns and personal protective equipment, please bring it along. No requirement to purchase equipment if you don't already have it. We will have equipment and PPE on hand that will be available for all to use.
• Packing list: sunscreen, rain gear, snacks, sleeping bag, blankets, warm clothes, long sleeves, hiking or athletic shoes, and camping gear. Bring a tent if you don't want to share a tent with others. Extra room will be available in tents if you are unable to bring your own.
• Meals and water will be provided to all in attendance.

  • Please check camper in and out with an Armory member before leaving the church at drop off and pick up.

I, the undersigned, (parent or guardian if participant is under 18), attest that the information provided herein is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I accept legal and financial responsibility for: a) any material misrepresentation included herein and b) any expenses incurred related to participation in the airsoft weekend, including medical expenses. I give permission for the above named "Armory Leader" or any Armory member to transport me/my child to and from camp and/or during camp as necessary and understand that the release and indemnification provided in the document referenced below extends to transportation of me/my child.

I acknowledge that by signing this document, I a) authorization for the adult leader from the church listed above to seek medical treatment for me (or my child) in the event I cannot give consent, b) indemnification for The Armory from liability related to damages or injuries of any kind sustained because of participation in this event, and c) discretion for the Armory members to remove me (or my child) from camp if in their opinion my/his presence poses a threat to myself/himself or anyone else at camp.

I understand and consent that the Participant may share a tent with other participants, if they do not bring a tent of their own. I understand and consent to participation in Airsoft Games and other youth activities at Asem Acres property in connection with Armory Airsoft Weekend. I understand that this activity may involve some risk of injury to my child, either in connection with the activity itself, or in connection with travel to and from the activity, and the team building work performed in the sport of Airsoft Games. I acknowledge the fact that attendance to this activity is being offered to me and to my children without cost. For myself and my child, I hereby assume any and all risk of injury to my child arising out of participation in this activity. In the event any claim is ever made against The Armory Group, Asem Acres, or against and of its members, leaders, agents, and any person assisting them with youth activities, damages to personal equipment, or for any injury suffered by my child, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold The Armory, LLC, Asem Acres, or any associated persons harmless from any liability connected with such claim.

I also give permission to those assisting in this youth activity to obtain emergency medical attention for my child in case of injury. In the event I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize the leaders of the youth activity to consent in my place to such treatment as may be necessary for my child.

I acknowledge that there are banned substances from this event such as: alcohol, tobacco, vape pens, cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, any illegal drugs, and anything else of the kind. Any discovery of these substances could lead to dismissal of camper(s) from the event at the sponsors discretion.

I have read and understood this permission - release from and freely agree to be bound by its provisions without limitation or reservation.

Media Release

Individual and group photos taken at camp may be used in any or all forms of media for advertising. The names of the children will not be used if photos are placed on our website or other social media websites.

By signing above I give permission for The Armory to take/use photos of my child for advertising and media purposes.
