Tournament Participation Requirements

Team Composition
Each team must consist of 10 players and 2 substitutes. Teams are required to include a diverse mix of women, men, and at least three (3) children between the ages of 5 and 15.
The cost for each teams participation is $125 for all players and 2 substitutes.
Each player will recieve a Grace Epic Center t-shirt, backpack and wristband (subs are not included).

Liability Waiver and Identification
All participants must sign a liability waiver and present valid identification at check-in. For minor participants, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.

Health Disclosure
All participants are required to disclose any pre-existing health conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in the event. This information will be kept confidential and used solely to ensure participant safety.

Limited Liability

By registering for and participating in this event, the participant (or the parent/legal guardian, if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to risks arising from physical exertion, weather conditions (such as heat, rain, wind, or lightning), uneven terrain, and the use or misuse of personal or event-provided equipment.

The participant (or parent/guardian) agrees that the event organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All participants, including minors, take part at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their physical condition and equipment are suitable for the event.

Photo and Video Release Statement

I hereby grant Grace Epic Center permission to record, use, and publish my image, voice, and likeness captured in photos and/or video for use in all media formats, including but not limited to social media, websites, and promotional materials. I understand that I will not receive compensation and waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product. I release Grace Epic Center from all claims related to the use of this content.
