What to Expect as a Pony Pal Member:

Pony Pals Program at Lil' Bit of Life is perfect for kids who love horses and want to learn more about them! Whether they’re just starting out or eager to continue their horsemanship journey, this program offers a hands-on experience.

Each 1.5-hour session gives kids a real feel for what it’s like to care for a horse. They’ll help with feeding, cleaning stalls, filling water buckets, and learning about tack and grooming. They'll also get to saddle up and enjoy a riding lesson, all while focusing on safety, communication, and teamwork—plus some fun games along the way!

Beyond learning about horses, kids will build friendships, develop teamwork skills, and grow in confidence. Horses naturally teach us patience, problem-solving, and resilience without us even realizing it!

For those who want to keep learning, we offer next steps like Horse’n Around Camps and private riding lessons. We can also connect families with fantastic coaches who help young riders continue their journey.

    A Friendly Reminder for Parents:

This is our home, and we love keeping it a peaceful, safe place for our animals and guests. To ensure everyone's safety, we have a few simple rules.

Parents and/or Guardians for safety reasons, this is a drop off program so that we can hold your youths attention and keep them safe.  Parents and other children can be a big distraction, so we kindly ask that you enjoy the moment and let your child focus on their experience.

Thank you for understanding and helping us keep this a fun and safe space for everyone!

    What to Wear & Bring:

For a safe and comfortable experience, please wear closed-toe shoes and long pants (jeans or leggings work great!). Hair should be tied back to keep it out of your face.  No cellphones please.  This is a HUGE distraction.  Phones need to be kept in their backpacks or belongings.

    Bring along:
    ✅ Water
✅ Bug spray (if your child is prone to bug bites)

We provide all the necessary riding gear, including helmets. If you'd like to purchase a personal helmet for your child, that’s encouraged but not required—we have plenty of sizes available!

We look forward to creating many years of memories with your horse crazy kid!

    Thank you,

Tracey, our team and 4 legged friends

    Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be considered a donation. We appreciate your understanding and support!
