    1. Booking & Payment • All reservations must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability. • Full payment may be  required to confirm your booking for new clients. Existing clients will have the option to pay the day of the booking • Extensions beyond the reserved time must be approved and paid for in advance. Overtime will be charged in hourly increments at the current hourly rate. 2. Studio Use & Access • Rental time begins promptly at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time, including setup and breakdown. Do not arrive early unless granted permission. • Guests must exit the studio by the end of their reserved time. Overtime fees may apply if the space is not vacated on time. • Access is limited to the rented studio space and designated common areas. Other parts of the facility are off-limits unless otherwise agreed. 3. Capacity Limits • Maximum guest count must be disclosed at the time of booking. Exceeding the agreed-upon number of guests may result in additional fees or termination of the rental. • Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. 4. Cleanliness & Damages • The space must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. • All trash must be disposed of properly, and equipment or furniture should be returned to its original place. • Any damages to the space, furniture, or equipment caused during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter and billed accordingly. 5. Equipment & Amenities • Use of studio lighting, backdrops, or other gear is allowed subject to availability. It is best to request what you need at the time of booking so we can ensure the proper gear is set aside. • Renter is responsible for proper use of all equipment. Any malfunction or issues must be reported immediately. • Equipment must be returned in good working condition. 6. Prohibited Activities • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the studio. • No open flames, fog machines, or pyrotechnics without prior approval. • No illegal activities, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted. 7. Photography & Videography • Commercial shoots, large productions, or any activities involving third-party clients must be disclosed at booking. • All talent, crew, and clients must comply with these terms while on the premises. 8. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the reservation are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. • Rescheduling is allowed one time if requested at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. 9. Liability & Insurance • ApertureAlley Studios is not liable for any injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages incurred during your rental. • Renters are encouraged to carry liability insurance, especially for large or commercial productions. • By booking the space, you assume all risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApertureAlley Studios from any claims or liabilities. 10. Right to Refuse or Terminate • ApertureAlley Studios reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time if terms are violated or if activities are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
