TERMS OF PARTICIPATION: Sponsor/vendor understands:
- Will have use of one 10x10 booth space.
- Provide own tent, tables, chairs, electrical cords, other booth supplies.
- Agrees to tape down all extension cords according to OSHA standards for safety.
- Agrees to arrive/set-up during assigned time and keep booth staffed until end of event.
- Will leave the space clean and deposit all trash and debris in the 30-yard trash container.
LIABILITY INSURANCE: All sponsors/vendors utilizing spaces must provide a Certificate of Insurance for $1M liability and name Pensacola Humane Society as an additional insured.
